This Howard Stern animation was produced as an in-house character animation demo using Houdini from Side Effects Software.

The hair was created procedurally and animated automatically based on the motion of the head.

The lip-sync was achieved by importing an audio file of the famous Howard Stern "Elephant Man Remains" bit into Houdini's CHOPs editor and creating a channel to control the mouth movement.
