Product demo illustrating the "time-release" properties of an Efidac/24 tablet.
An interesting note: Apparently this product worked by having a very small
hole in the tablet that allowed the medicine to slowly escape after
being swallowed. Out of curiosity I asked the agency how
long it would take for a tablet to completely dissolve away once inside the
stomach. I was told that other than a thin outer coating, the tablet
doesn't dissolve away at all. I'll let you use your imagination as to how
it finally leaves the body.
