Howard Stern - Elephant Man

This Howard Stern animation was produced as an in-house character animation demo using Houdini software from Side Effects.
The hair was created procedurally and animated based on the
movement of the head.
The lip-sync was done simply by importing an audio file of
the famous Howard Stern "elephant man remains" bit into
Houdini's CHOPs editor and creating a channel to control
the mouth movement.
